Chef Charin P. has decades of experiences of western cooking especially France and Italian. She'd been chef in many famous restaurants in Philadelphia area for many years before came to open her own "Chef Charin" with her husband Paul(Pong) at 126 BALA AVE., BALA CYNWYD, PA in 1996.
Her Thai heritage shown in many dishes on the menu with bold and wonderful tasted.
